1. How do I reserve a ticket?
Find your departure city and destination city. Click on the "Fare", fill out the form and submit. One of our agents will contact you.

2. My departure or destination city is not listed, how can I get a fare quote?
Click the Click here to get a guaranteed best fare quote link on the home page. This will take you to the "Fare quote" page. Enter required information, then press the "Fare quote" button. Your request will be sent to our travel agent, they will contact you within one business day.

3. Why sometime the fare listed on the web site is not available on my departure day?
Fares listed on the web site are deep discounted fares. Seats are limited for each fare. Sometimes, a particular fare is sold out for a particular day. If that happens, we will help you to find a different fare on that day or check the different date to see if the fare is available.

4. How long can I hold the reservation without paying?
We can hold the reservation for you up to one week. We recommend you to book the ticket as soon as you finalize your travel plan. Seats for these discounted fare are limited.

5. What is you fare price policy?
We guarantee our fare is the lowest. If you find a lower fare anywhere, we will beat it. Guaranteed!

6. What is the payment method?
We take credit card, personal check, or cashier's check. Some airlines will charge 5% on credit card payment, in that case, we suggest you to pay by check. Feel free to discuss your payment plan with our travel agent.
